About me

Mental Health Therapist, Mentor, Intuitive Teacher and Emotional Alchemist.

My mission is to help other healers to harness their precious power, find their own voice and create balance in carrying out their work, “bio-psycho-social-spiritual-professionally”. My vision is to support healers and light workers to sustainably help others, by prioritizing focus upon themselves with effective methods to achieve their “life worth living”. I use the framework of DBT, concepts from the Law of Attraction and awakening spiritual connection, with the assistance of my Higher Self and my Spiritual Team which is channeled through me in my work.

I am abundantly grateful to be where I am right now; helping, lifting, teaching and inspiring healers and other light workers daily through my authentic, down to earth, and gentle guidance. I appreciate all my subscribers on my YouTube channel, and the readers of my books.
